It was clean and the staff were very efficient and genuinely helpful, beds were very clean. The staff helped us with luggage. This accommodation had a central setting in the best area.

I stayed at Pansion Infinity for 3 nights on a sightseeing trip. Adi, the host, went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience - from picking us up at the bus station to sharing local insights. The new triple room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful balcony and bathroom. The place was well-equipped and conveniently located just a short walk from the Old Town. Excellent value for money and highly recommended.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the famous old bridge and surrounded by shops, bars, and great restaurants. We couldn't have asked for a better base to explore the main attractions of the city. Secondly, the staff were absolutely amazing. The local family running the hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. They were always happy to provide us with useful guides and information, and even drove us to their parking spaces just over the road. Lastly, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view from the big terrace overlooking the hills. We also appreciated the attention to detail, as the rooms had everything we needed including a kettle and mugs/glasses. this hotel provided excellent value for money, with exceptional service and basic amenities that made our stay truly enjoyable.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and accommodating. They provided a delicious breakfast and were always happy to offer recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. The location was perfect, everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance. the free parking turned out to be really convenient for us. The room was clean and modern with comfortable beds, and the rooftop terrace had a stunning view.

There were no major negative aspects of our stay. However, the Wi-Fi signal in our room was a bit weak and we had to rely on the reception area for better connectivity.
